How Come So Many People Seek Serious Entrepreneurs But Never Find Any?

I find it odd that so many people place advertisements seeking serious Entrepreneurs for business opportunities but never find any. Instead they end up with people who are neither serious nor committed. The typical slack *** looking to make some easy money are being let go from their 9-5 for being more of an expense than they are actually worth. You know the type the person who sits behind the computer playing solitaire or looking at porn, chatting on Facebook when they are supposed to be working. Or the person who leaves the job site in the middle of their shift and disappears to god knows where for hours on end never seeming to be around when you need or coming looking for them.So why do these ads seeking a very specific kind of person always tend to attract someone who couldn’t be more opposite from what the advertiser is looking for.
