Why don't people give more detail in their question line?

It is annoying. Good to know it's not just me! Sometimes curiosity gets the better of me and I click the question to see what it is, but I try to avoid questions where the opening line is a "teaser" like that. I figure that if the person doesn't get many answers, maybe they'll ask themselves why, and come to the conclusion that they need to be more clear.
