Your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. WTF? WHY?!?

That is Adsense. They are goons. They do this stuff all the time and often you will have no idea what they are complaining about. Best advice - forget Adsense altogether and make your online money with affiliate programs. Sad that you wasted effort on this endeavor but that's the facts of life with Google. Better to move on, you will do much better with other programs.
