Did South Africa's President talk to the US First Lady about...?

Polygamy and possibly allowing her husband to change US laws so US Blacks could really be African? I'll vote yes! Even if the law is only centered around African Americans born in the US. We have to do something about 70% of African American women being husband-less. Probably worst number in the world? It would be one way to reduce homelessness, foreclosures, broken homes, nursing home costs, gang violence in the US Black communities, the impact of unemployment, children raising children, etc., etc., etc.
