How can i get online advertisers willing to pay for traffic & clients that get a decent traffic? ?

i am a beginner in the traffic broker thing and i havnt had any advertisers willing to pay for traffic or even websites that get a decent amount of traffic.how does this work and how can i improve.im really desprate coz there are no online jobs available to countries like zimbabwe here.pliz help
