I am 16 and want to know if i can move out, in illinois, my parents wont let me, but i have a stable place?

So, my parents are divorced, and treat me like crap. They use me, and emotionally abuse me. I dont even see my dad anymore. and my mom is scary sometimes. People around have noticed. Im sixteen and want to know if it is somehow legal in illinois to move out, even if permission from the parent is not granted. if there is a stable home to go to, which i do have, my neighbor, whom is an adult with a steady job is more than willing to take me in. and wants to help. I will be able to get a job, and live without not dreading coming home everyday this way. and my mom cant even support us. we are losing our house to foreclosure. please help. i need serious answers.
