Whats wrong with my ear?!!! Help!!!!!?

I just went home from swimming and i taped my head and it sounded like a drum and also when i tilt my head, my left ear sounds like a radio got cut off by a storm. What can i do to stop it and whats wrong with it???!!! Help!!!!! Plz!!!!
